Research progress of metal ion imprinted polymer

Metal ion imprinted polymer can be used for heavy metal sewage treatment in environment by achieving its own imprinting,and imprinting to drugs,proteins and other biological macromolecules through the coordination action between metal ion and biological macromolecule.Thus,it has great potential application in environmental analysis and biomedicine.In this review,the origin,preparation principle,optimization and selection of preparation condition,preparation methods and their application of metal ion imprinted polymers were primarily introduced.
