Long-Term in vitro expansion of retinal progenitor cells by culturing intact neurospheres in monolayer.

This study developed a modified monolayer culture technique for expansion of retinal progenitor cells in vitro. Using this method, spheres collected by low centrifugation from free floating cultures w
