Valve position sensor calibration tool for pilot-operated pressure relief valve (SEBIM valve) in nuclear power plant

2012
The utility model discloses a valve position sensor calibration tool for a pilot-operated pressure relief valve (an SEBIM valve) in a nuclear power plant. The calibration tool comprises an adaptive block, a fixed pressing plate which is detachably arranged on the adaptive block and a digital display micrometer which is arranged on the adaptive block in a matched mode, wherein the adaptive block is provided with an adaptive hole and a mounting hole; a valve position detection rod of the SEBIM valve is arranged in the adaptive hole; and the digital display micrometer is arranged in the mounting hole and butted with the valve position detection rod. Compared with the prior art, the calibration tool has the advantages that (1) the calibration tool is simple in structure and relatively light and convenient; (2) on-site existing equipment can be directly used for calibration, and the calibration tool is small and exquisite in size, convenient, flexible and favorable for decontamination after radioactive contamination is caused; and (3) the cost is low, namely the cost can be obviously saved.
