2011
A module-type flexible drawing die comprises an upper die part and a lower die part, wherein the upper die part comprises a die shank, an upper die holder, a bearing plate, a male die fixing plate, a male die and a blank holder; and the lower die part comprises a female die plate, a female die mold insert, a lower die holder, a material ejection plate and a base. The module-type flexible drawing die is characterized in that the female die mold insert is formed by combining brackets; bearing sleeves are mounted at the drawing forming parts of the brackets; and roller shafts are mounted in the bearing sleeves. The module-type flexible drawing die adopting the technical scheme has the benefits that when the male die presses a plate into a female die forming cavity after the plate is pressed by the blank holder, the plate is in rolling friction with the bearing sleeve, so that the quality defects such as pulling, scratching and the like of material are reduced, the material is prevented from being pulled broken, at the same time, as long as the female die mold insert is replaced, similar drawing products can be formed.
