Valor nutritivo de distintos ensilados en la alimentación del ganado lechero

During the years 1988 to 1989, 131 samples from different ensilages were examined. In every one: pH, Dry Mater (DM), Crude Protein (CP), Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF), Acid Detergent Insoluble Nitrogen (ADIN), Ashes, Calcium, Phosphorus, Net energy of Lactation (NELact.) and Digestible Dry Mater (DDM) were determined. The following was evaluated: a) correlation between pH and DM and pH and ADIN/CP; b) the diference between years, of the valors of CP and NELact.; c) difference between the different types of ensilages in the different parameters evaluated. We found: a) negative correlation between pH and NELact. in the ensilages of the prairie and positive correlation between pH and and ADIN/CP in the ensilages of sorgus-corn; b) significant difference (p<0.05) between years in the contents of CP or the ensilages of corn; c) differences in the distinct parameters in relation to the ensilages compared.
