The utility model discloses a packing base material curing device. The device comprises a main discharge pipeline, a heat exchanger, a recovery pipeline, an auxiliary discharge pipeline, a natural airpipeline, an moisture carrying pipeline of the humidifier and an air duct, wherein the main discharge pipeline is connected with the top hot air discharge port of a lateral stretching device of a packing base material production line and is used for discharging residual heat; the heat exchanger is used for heating natural air; one end of the recovery pipeline is connected with the main dischargepipeline and the other end is connected with the heat exchanger and the recovery pipeline is used for introducing the residual heat of the lateral stretching device into the heat exchanger to heat thenatural air; the auxiliary discharge pipeline has one end thereof connected with the heat exchanger and the other end thereof connected with the main discharge pipeline; the natural air pipeline inside an air duct is used for blowing natural air into the heat exchanger and carrying the heated natural air and the moisture generated by a humidifier into a curing chamber; and the air duct is connected with the moisture carrying pipeline of the humidifier on the natural air pipeline and is arranged inside the curing chamber for distributing hot air. The packing base material curing device not only saves a lot of energy and reduces environmental pollution, but also has the advantages of good simplicity and practicality, low investment, convenient operation and low maintenance cost.
