Note on the effect of soil-moisture regimes and levels of nitrogen and phosphate on the HCN content of the first ratoon of "MP Chari" sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench)

The HCN contents of irrigated sorghum were increased by regimes involving low levels of available soil moisture and by the application of N, but were decreased by the application of P. HCN levels were higher and treatment effects were more pronounced during early growth
