Because of the non-linear and complexity of the milling system model,it is hard to control the milling process parameters.The Matlab software is used to simulate the relationship between the spindle speed and the axial limiting cutting depth,and the effect of cutting parameters on cutting stability is analyzed.As the simulation results,with the increasing of the spindle speed,the axial limiting cutting depth changes periodically,adding the radial cutting parameters makes that the axial limiting cutting depth will be decreased.And,adding the system damp can lead to the increasing of the axial limiting cutting depth
