Modeling and Simulation on Single-phase Fluid Loop Control Algorithm

In accordance with the demands that the new Chinese manned spacecraft requires to control not only the temperature and humidity of the pressured cabin but also the temperature of high heat consumption equipment such as battery,the paper presents the PID control,fuzzy increment control and expert control of the spacecraft single-phase fluid loop,and resolves the problem of fluid loop control in which the high heat capacity and heat consumption exist before control points.The application of the new single-phase fluid loop control algorithm decreases the complex degree of the fluid loop effectively,and reduces ten percents of weight and power of the thermal control.
