For a long time,some units,particularly the private sector,take the theft of electricity as a means for profit,thus heavily damaging the legitimate rights and interests of the power companies,disrupting the normal order for power supply,seriously affecting the development of power industry,and posing a serious threat to the safe use of electricity.However,with the continuing escalation of stealing technical intelligence,the electricity-stealing develops from by resident users to by the enterprise,from the life to the business,from external to external-internal collusion of power supply enterprises.How to achieve further breakthroughs in anti-theft and anti-theft technical improvement,and thus to reduce the losses caused by stealing and make these new technologies practical,market-oriented,ultimately popularized in the power sector would be of social and realistic significance.
