More than 50 % of the installed caprolactam (CPL) world capacity makes use of the process that produces hydroxylamine sulphate, via the Raschig reactions, cyclohexanone-oxime from cyclohexanone plus hydroxylamine and caprolactam via Beckmann rearrangement.
