Strength analysis and stress test for loading arm

To analyze the strength of complicated assembly loading arm,each connection solid of loading arm is spliced under the max unfolded state using finite element linear contact technique.By meshing every solid independently,the strength of the loading arm is calculated under oil transfer condition,and then the difficult problem of finite element meshing for complicated assembly is solved.The oil mass and the dynamic load of oil transfer are simulated by loading simulation,and the loading arm structure stress is tested.It is proved that the finite element analysis method and its results are rational,which provides reference for the design and production of loading arm.
