The process includes that injecting a prepared liquid polymer microsphere solution, then injecting a three-adoption oil displacing agent solution, and finally injecting two-fluid process profile control agent, wherein liquid polymer microspheres selectively enter strata, expand when encountering water and play a role in deep sealing, the oil displacing agent can facilitate expansion of the liquid polymer microspheres and can play a role in oil displacement, and the two-fluid process profile control technology plays a role in sealing and improving profile control strength. Through combining of three products, deep profile control and sweeping area increase can be realized, and crude oil recovery efficiency can be effectively improved.
