The invention relates to a beryllium material electrochemical insulating anodic oxidation treatment method, and belongs to the technical field of beryllium material surface treatment. The method comprises the following steps: 1) wiping a machined beryllium material surface by using a solvent; 2) blow-drying an organic solvent on the surface of the wiped beryllium material wiped by using the organic solvent by virtue of a blower; 3) performing ultrasonic cleaning on the obtained beryllium material by using an alcohol solution; 4) soaking the ultrasonically cleaned beryllium material parts in a chemical degreasing solution; 5) soaking the degreased beryllium material parts in a weak etching solution to perform the weak etching treatment; 6) soaking the weakly etched beryllium parts in an electrochemical insulation anodic oxidation treatment solution to perform the electrochemical insulation anodic oxidation treatment for 10-20 minutes, wherein the current density is 5-8A/dm . The method provided by the invention is simple in process combination and strong in operability and can be used for industrial production.
