Method for production of dehydrated alginate bead with high restoration capacity

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of alginate dry beads is provided to expand a dry bead to the original size thereof by using a reaction solution mixed with CoCl2 or NiCl2. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of alginate dry beads comprises a step of forming an alginate bead by dropping 1.0-2.0%(w/v) of an alginate solution into CoCl2 or NiCl2 into a reaction solution; a step of drying the alginate bead at 20-40>=. The alginate solution is a sodium alginate solution and comprises a collecting-target object. The reaction solution containing CoCl2 or NiCl2 additionally contains divalent cation chloride compound except for CoCl2 and NiCl2.
