Диагностика и лечение перекрутов большого сальника у детей

Experience of treatment of 13 children is given in the real work with rare pathology of abdominal organs torsion of omentum. Primary torsion of omentum was established at 10 children, secondary torsion at 3 patients. At laparoscopy always it is possible to establish the correct diagnosis and in the majority of patients to execute resection of the changed omentum. In some cases of secondary torsions during laparoscopy it is possible to eliminate also etiologic factors of omentum torsions.
