Handheld grinding wheel dismounting tool

2011
The utility model discloses a handheld grinding wheel dismounting tool which comprises a sleeve; four rectangular clamping columns are arranged on the ring-shaped end surface of the sleeve; the widths of the rectangular clamping columns in the radial direction of the sleeve are a half of the thickness of the side wall of the sleeve; the clamping columns are uniformly distributed on the ring-shaped end surface; one side surface of each of the clamping columns is communicated with the outer wall of the sleeve; two rotating arms extending downwards in the axial direction of the sleeve are arranged on the sleeve, and are cylindrical; and the axes of the two rotating arms are positioned on the same straight line. After a grinding wheel disk is fixed, an opened end of the sleeve is placed on the axis of a grinding wheel disk, and the clamping columns are clamped on a clamping ring on the axis, so that the rotating arms rotate around the axis of the sleeve to loose nuts mounted on the rotating arms, the cylindrical rotating arms have no edges and corners to avoid scratching to palms; ball heads are mounted at the tail ends of the rotating arms to increase the contact area between the palm and the rotating arms to facilitate the rotation, reduce the pressure stressed on the palm, and enhance the comfort level of the palm.
