Mechanical two-degree-of-freedom controllable loading machine

2010
The invention discloses a mechanical two-degree-of-freedom controllable loading machine. A bucket turning crank-link mechanism of the machine consists of two four-bar mechanisms which are connected in series with each other. A loading arm driving mechanism is a crank-rocker mechanism. Three cranks are driven by three controllable motors respectively. The output of an output end in any track is realized in a working space by programming. The turning of a bucket is matched with lifting of the arm of the loading machine. Actions such as attitude keeping, adjusting and the like are realized by programming a control motor. The mechanical two-degree-of-freedom controllable loading machine can overcome the defects of simple action and difficult control of the traditional mechanical loading machine, and also can overcome the defects of high requirement on a hydraulic element, easy oil leakage, low reliability and the like of the hydraulic loading machine.
