Consideration on the Referrence of Depository Receipt (DR)

After China entered WTO, financial innovation has become an important method which can push forward the opening our financial market, promote the development of capital market and strengthen competition ability of our financial market. As a kind of important invest instrument, DR (Depository Receipt) has raised wide concern. The article begins with the concept and circulate mechanism of ADR, elaborates on the background of DR, analyzes the difficulty of issuing the DR reasonably and puts forward some suggestion in current time. The author thinks that the circumstance of CDR is not mature.
