MIMO Radar Imaging of a Spin Target

Spin targets' imaging is very important for air defense, anti-missile and space security. However, the highspeed rotation of a spinning target which is much faster to the radar repetition frequency makes it impossible to image the echo signal by ISAR(Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar) processing. MIMO radar can realize multiple snapshot sampling at a single time, so the sampling rate of spinning target can be increased several times by using monostatic MIMO radar. In this way, the ISAR imaging of the target can be realized by using the spin of the spin target.
