Cobrança de honorários: é estabelecida pelo Código de Ética?

Os cirurgioes dentistas, no exercicio de suas atividades clinica e particular, recebem de seus clientes em troca da prestacao de servicos odontologicos, honorarios profissionais. O proposito do presente estudo foi verificar, junto aos cirurgioes dentistas do Municipio de Aracatuba, se a fixacao de seus honorarios e estabelecida de acordo com os criterios previstos no Codigo de Etica Odontologico, bem como a forma de pagamento e a ocorrencia ou nao de inadimplencia. A coleta de dados foi realizada atraves de questionarios com perguntas fechadas entregues a 86 cirurgioes dentistas escolhidos aleatoriamente de uma lista cedida pelo Conselho Regional do Municipio de Aracatuba – SP. Os resultados obtidos mostraram que 58.7 por cento dos entrevistados realizam a fixacao dos honorarios segundo o Codigo de Etica Odontologico, 45.3 por cento segundo tabela de precos, e 2 por cento segundo custos fixos e variaveis... The dentists, in the exercise of his private and clinical activities, receive of his clients in change of the installment of dentistry service, professional fees. The purpose of the present was verify with the surgeons dentists of the Aracatuba city, if to fix of his fees is established agreement with the predicted criteria in the Code of Dentistry Ethics, as well as the form of payment and the occurrence or not of insolvency.
