The invention discloses a welding process for a stiffening beam on the middle section of a longitudinal beam of a framework vehicle. The welding process mainly includes the steps that 1), the bevel angle of the stiffening beam on the middle section of the longitudinal beam is reduced, and the root face length is increased; and 2), a left weld bead and a right weld beam of the stiffening beam on the middle section of the longitudinal beam are divided into multiple sections which are intermittently welded in an intersecting manner. The problem that a stiffening beam on the middle section of a longitudinal beam is likely to incline is solved, on the premise that the quality of a welding joint is guaranteed, the welding deformation of the stiffening beam on the middle section of the longitudinal beam is effectively reduced by means of improving the welding process and adjusting the welding sequence, the parallelism of the stiffening beam on the middle section of the longitudinal beam and a lower flange of the longitudinal beam is controlled within 1.5 mm, the percent of pass of products is increased, and the whole vehicle performance of the framework vehicle is guaranteed.
