Design and Implementation of Order Fulfillment System Based on Theory of Constraints

There are two shortcomings on the research of Order Fulfillment System(OFS): first,order promising and demand fulfillment,divided by OFP,are seldom integrated for research under the same system;second,little research focused on the architecture of OFS,although it need too much information in other systems.To solve the above problems,with a core of integrated OFP based on Theory of Constraints(TOC) and support of Web service technique based on Service Oriented Architecture(SOA),an integrated OFS is designed and implemented.The successful application for the system in one large enterprise validates the feasibility of the Process and the architecture.
