The invention discloses a digital data acquisition device. The device comprises the following functional plugins: a power panel, an AC sampling panel, an FT3 panel, a CPU panel, a bus back panel, and a liquid crystal display panel, wherein the AC sampling panel is connected to an analogue voltage and current signal output by a traditional electromagnetic mutual inductor; the FT3 panel is connected to the digital signals acquired by an electronic voltage transformer and an electronic current mutual inductor; the CPU panel is used for processing sampled data, transmitting a sampled message and receiving an external IEEE1588 time tick message and a GMRP message, and transmitting equipment state alarm information through GOOSE at the same time; the bus back panel is connected to the plugins of the device and realizes bus communication between the panels; and the liquid crystal display panel is used for displaying the sampled data of the device, recording failure events and setting parameters. The device can realize whole-station sharing of the sampled data, can control the sampling synchronous error of the data to be lower than 1 microsecond at the same time, greatly improves the data sampling precision and improves the reliability and accuracy of protection over the whole station.
