AVALIAÇÃO DE LINHAGENS DE SOJA EM ENSAIO FINAL DO PROCESSO DE MELHORAMENTO

SUMMARY: This study aimed to assess how the productivity of soybean lines under the conditions of early cycle Chapadinha municipality in the state of Maranhao in two consecutive years. Soybeans have great genetic diversity and morphology due to the high number of cultivars available, the result of efforts of various breeding programs that seek ever more productive genotypes, resistant to pests, diseases and adapted to different soil and climatic conditions. We evaluated 22 soybean genotypes of early maturity in terms of productivity in a randomized block design in two consecutive years. The strains showed significant differences between the two crops, with overall better performance in the first season. The average was found to be 2160.03 kg ha -1 . The lines that stood out were the strains and UFU-01 and UFU-04 with higher incomes.
