The invention belongs to the field of seawater desalination, and particularly relates to a multi-membrane-process seawater desalination integrated technique and an apparatus thereof. The output end of a seawater storage tank is sequentially connected with a seawater feed pump, a security filter, an ultrafiltration membrane device, a backwashing water pump and a first water tank; the first water tank is provided with three paths of output ends, the first output end is sequentially connected with a first water pump, a concentrated water storage tank and a concentrated water circulating pump; the output ends of the concentrated water circulating pump, a fresh water circulating pump and an electrode rinse feed pump are connected with an electrically-driven membrane device controlled by a rectifier; the output end of the electrically-driven membrane device flows concentrated water back to the concentrated water storage tank, flows fresh water back to a first water storage tank, and directly discharges treated electrode rinse; the fresh water output end is connected with a second water tank, and the output end of the second water tank is connected with a reverse osmosis device; and a back wash loop of the reverse osmosis device is connected with a flowmeter, a cleaning tank and a cleaning pump, the output end of the reverse osmosis device is connected with a drinking water tank, and the outer end of the drinking water tank is provided with a water tap.
