Roll riveting fixing device for assembling joint bearing

The invention discloses a roll riveting fixing device for assembling a joint bearing. The device is characterized in that two opposite fork claws are arranged at the lower part of a riveting press head that can be connected with a riveting press at the upper part; a cross shaft is arranged in a fork entry at the lower part of the fork claw; a shaft gland is arranged below the cross shaft; two riveting press rollers adjacent to the fork claws are sleeved on the cross shaft between the two fork claws respectively; roller pins are arranged between the central through holes of the two riveting press rollers and the cross shaft; an angle between the working surfaces of the two riveting press rollers is related to a V-shaped groove on the outer ring of the joint bearing; unidirectional thrust bearings adjacent to the riveting press rollers are sleeved on the cross shaft; a locating ring is sleeved on the cross shaft between the two unidirectional thrust bearings; and a nut is arranged on the cross shaft outside the two fork claws. Moreover, a workbench is provided with an upper open slot corresponding to a bearing seat and coaxial with the riveting press head. The device disclosed by the invention not only can ensure the axial fixation of the joint bearing and meet the requirement on the pushing force, but also can ensure that the starting torque and play of the joint bearing meet the using requirement.
