This thesis focus in the comparative analysis of legal forms that are in use or may be used in the future in management of theater institutions in the Czech Republic. The work further describes environment in which is located the culture from economic view. In the context of the state and the city of Brno. Work describes the problems of cultural allowance organisations and it tries to draft a legal form suitable for the management of theaters in consideration of NdB.
