Консультативно-совещательные органы по межнациональным отношениям в современной России: представление базы данных

Сonsultative and advisory bodies are a popular tool for implementing ethno-national policy at all levels of the public administration in Russia. This article presents the results of the first round of research concerned with collecting and analyzing information on consultative and advisory bodies for ethnic affairs in all Russian regions within a special database. The article proposes solutions for selecting consultative and advisory bodies for ethnic affairs and describes the structure of the database consisting of four groups of variables to analyze these institutions. Moreover, a descriptive analysis of the information in the database is provided.
