Study on Quality of Life of Type 2 Diabetes With Different Syndrome Type and Analysis of Influential Factors

Objective:Investigating the QOL of the type 2 diabetics and analyzing the major influential factors can provide a new way of thinking and methods for estimation of the curative effect of the TCM (traditional Chinese medicine,TCM ) and health education. Methods: All patients adopted unified Chinese edition of sheet of quality of life the health measure list SF-36.Results: The general average score is 63.64. The grade of the total health is lowest. The influential factors of QOL mainly include age, course of disease, record of formal schooling, recognition, HbA1, total cholesterol and so on. Influential factors of different syndrome are different. The outcomes of multivariable stepwise regression declare the course of disease, exercise, record of formal schooling, labor intensity are included. Conclusion: The grades of QOL of type 2 diabetics are low. There is different emphasis of QOL lesion with different syndrome. Influential factors of different syndrome are different. Adopting the aimed treatment can improve the curative effect of TCM by treatment based on syndrome.
