Improved production method of type I O-desmethylvenlafaxine succinate

The invention discloses an improved production method of type I O-desmethylvenlafaxine succinate. The method comprises the following steps of (1) at the room temperature, putting acetone and water; performing stirring for 15 minutes; adding O-desmethylvenlafaxine and succinic acid; (2) heating the materials to 60 DEG C; performing stirring till the complete dissolution; (3) slowly adding active carbon suspension at 30 to 60 DEG C; (taking 2.0kg of active carbon; dissolving the active carbon into the acetone solution; performing stirring for 30 minutes); (4) performing filtering; performing washing by hot acetone solution being about 50 DEG C; collecting filter liquid; (5) slowly cooling a reaction mixture to 20 to 35 DEG C in 60 minutes; further performing cooling to 0 DEG C; performing heat insulation stirring for 60 minutes; (6) performing centrifugation; performing self rotating drying for 30 minutes; performing washing by 0-DEG C cold acetone; performing self rotating drying for 40 minutes; (7) loading wet materials into a drying box; performing vacuum drying for 1 to 2 hours at about 50 DEG C to obtain the type I O-desmethylvenlafaxine succinate. The method has the advantages that the process operation is simple; the production period is short; the product yield is high; the purity is high; the method is suitable for commercialized production.
