Eikonal corrections to hard processes

Abstract We consider within quantum chromodynamics those semi-inclusive hard processes where two large mass scales appear. Summation of single and double logarithms arising from soft gluonic emission introduces eikonal form factors. We obtain a satisfactory agreement with recent experimental data on transverse momentum distribution of lepton pairs and acoplanarity distributions of hadrons at large transverse momenta.
