The Dispute of Objective Truth and Legal Truth——On the Proof Standard of Criminal Procedure Law

There is always the dispute between objective truth and legal truth. This paper points out the defects of the proof standard in our present criminal procedure law, then, argues the construction of the proof standard which is the conjunction of the subject and object based on the theory of legal truth.
