여성 직업무용수의 탈사회화와 재사회화 과정 분석

This study has its purpose to investigate the process of re-socialization of retired dancers. To attain its purpose, this study sets following research problems. To attain teh purpose of study, fololwing research method was used. Using purposive sampling method, 6 retired professional dancers were drawn as samples. For data analysis, distribution analysis and content analysis were performed. increase validity of this study, experts’ debate which consists of 3 sport sociologists was performed twic.e Conclusions extracted from this study are following. First, Female professional dancers were de-socialized with various reasons. Those were economical problem and unclear future vision, physical injury and health rpoblem, marriage and poor working condition. Second, female professional dancers felt sense of loss, panic nad drprivation after their retirement. However, they were re-socialized by significant others. Also, they were experiencing re-socialization through finding new jobs and were feeling satisfaction and life stability with their new jobs.
