NURSING MEASURES FOR PELVIC FRACTURE COMBINED WITH BLADDER OR URETHRAL INJURY

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and nursing measures of pelvic fracture combined with bladder or urethral injury.Methods The clinical data and nursing measures of 27 cases of pelvic fracture combined with bladder or urethral injury were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the 27 patients,9 cases were complicated with bladder injury,18 male cases were complicated with urethral injury, 24 cases received operation,one case died of hemorrhagic shock,three cases with urethral injury were treated with urethral dilatation to treat urethral stricture,and the remaining 23 cases recovered without longterm complications.ConclusionIndividualized comprehensive nursing measures can enhance the curative rate and reduce complications in the treatment of pelvic fracture combined with bladder or urethral injury.
