New prosthesis intralaryngeal

The present invention relates to the field of prosthetics. More particularly, the present invention relates to a device at valves forming intralaryngeal prosthesis intended to be implanted within an anatomical larynx up whose function is to allow breathing while ensuring vis-a-vis elements such as sealing saliva, mucus or other item from the food bowl. Said valve device comprises a distal portion annular support structure (2) and a central portion said shutter (11), and means forming a collar or skirt (9), the annular support structure (2) and two valves ( 4) and (5) forming a shutter (11) are solid metal. The prosthesis complete intralaryngeal and its various applications, are also the subject of the present invention.
