О ТРИ-ТКАНЯХ $W(1,n,1)$ С НУЛЕВЫМ ПЕРВЫМ СТРУКТУРНЫМ ТЕНЗОРОМ

We consider a nonholonomic сurvilinear three-web $NW$ formed by the web $W(1,n,1)$, for which the first structure tensor of the three-web $W(1,n,1)$ is the nonholonomic tensor. It is showed, that in a case holonomic the corresponding ODE system is brought to a special type, and the manifold of the web to be fibred into two-dimensional three-webs $W$. We consider the case, when webs $W$ are a) regular or b) regular and there exists a transformation by which simultaneously the equations of all webs $W$ were brought to the canonical form.
