The pair of microscopic stitch scissors comprises an upper scissor blade and a lower scissor blade, wherein the upper scissor blade and the lower scissor blade are connected through a rivet; each of the upper scissor blade and the lower scissor blade is provided with a head part, a neck part, a main scissor body and a tail part; each main scissor body comprises a thin shaft section and a holding section, the width of the holding section is larger than that of the thin shaft section, and inner sides of the thin shaft section and the holding section are located in the same plane; each tail part is fixed at the end part of the corresponding holding section and forms an angle with the holding section; each neck part is fixed at the end part of the corresponding thin shaft section and forms an angle with the thin shaft section; each head part is fixed at the end part of the corresponding neck part, and a cutting edge is arranged at the head part; a positioning hole is formed in each neck part, the rivet penetrates through the positioning holes of the upper scissor blade and the lower scissor blade and connects and fixes the upper scissor blade and the lower scissor blade together, and the tail parts of the upper scissor blade and the lower scissor blade are inlaid together. According to the scheme, the microscopic stitch scissors can be used for shearing microscopic sutures and can control the length of the suture tail part under a microscope according to own features.
