Magnetorheological valve structure of combined type three-dimensional spiral flow channel

2012
Disclosed is a magnetorheological valve structure of a combined type three-dimensional spiral flow channel. The magnetorheological valve structure achieves the aims that the path length of fluid flowing is increased, the utilization rate of a line of magnetic force is increased, energy is saved, and the size of a valve body is reduced. A valve element part of the structure comprises a valve element shaft, liquid flowing channel discs and a sleeve, liquid flowing channel long holes are formed in the liquid flowing channel discs, the angle differences sequentially exists between the adjacent liquid flowing channel discs, the liquid flowing channel discs are mounted on the valve element shaft, and the combined type three-dimensional spiral flow channel which is arranged on the liquid flowing channel discs and between the liquid flowing channel long holes is formed. The valve element shaft is arranged on an oil inlet and outlet disc, the sleeve is arranged on the outer circles of the liquid flowing channel discs, a coil is arranged on the sleeve, the oil inlet and outlet disc is arranged in the valve body, the two ends of the valve body are mounted in two valve body end covers respectively, end cover oil holes of the valve body end covers are communicated with one ends of oil holes of the oil inlet and outlet disc in the valve body, and the other ends of the oil holes are located in the sleeve and communicated with the liquid flowing channel long holes in the liquid flowing channel discs. The magnetorheological valve structure has the advantage of being capable of obviously improving the pressure difference of magnetorheological fluid on the premise of the same size and the same energy consumption requirement.
