VELOCITY MOMENTS OF THE LINEARIZED VLASOV EQUATION.

Using a recently obtained self‐consistent solution of the Vlasov‐Poisson equations for inhomogeneous plasmas, the velocity moments of the Vlasov equation are calculated to first order in temperature.
