Water dispersion chromium-free single component silicon steel insulation paint and its preparing method

The present invention relates to water dispersed chromium-free single component insulating paint for silicon steel and its preparation process. The paint consists of water dispersed acrylic resin 30-75 wt%, curing agent 15-35 wt%, inorganic pigment 8-60 wt%, and assistant 0-2 wt%. The preparation process of the paint includes: preparing water dispersed acrylic resin and inorganic pigment slurry; adding water dispersed acrylic resin, inorganic pigment slurry, curing agent and water successively and dispersing homogeneously; adding assistant, filtering and packing. The paint is painted onto cold rolled silicon steel sheet, and after high temperature roasting to cure, one layer of insulating anticorrosive protecting coating is formed. The coating has high surface resistivity, excellent salty fog corrosion resistance, high weather resistance, high heat resistance, high water resistance, high adhesion and other advantages.
