A Novel Topology Changing Control Strategy for Interleaved Buck DC-DC Converter Based on Efficiency

The article deals with a design and implementation of a novel optimal control strategy of an interleaved buck converter. The goal is to achieve a higher efficiency of electricity conversion from an input power source (for example PV panel). The proposed method is confirmed both by the results obtained by the simulation and by the results obtained from the measurements of the realized sample of the interleaved converter.
