Air filtration method

The invention provides an air filtering method used for an air filter.The air filter comprises a negative charge gathering bin, a dust collecting bin and a suction fan.The negative charge gathering bin is defined by an insulation shell of the air filter, an insulation board traversing the inner side walls of the insulation shell, and an inner insulation pipe sleeved with the insulation shell in a suspension mode, wherein one end of the insulation pipe is fixed to the insulation board.The insulation board is provided with air channels, and capacitors are arranged on the insulation shell and the inner insulation pipe.The dust collecting bin is located on the other side of the insulation board.The air filtering method comprises the steps that after the air filter is powered on, the suction fun forms air pressure lower than that on one side of the negative charge gathering bin of the insulation shell on one side of the dust collecting bin of the insulation shell; influenced by the air pressure, air flow flows into the negative charge gathering bin, and negative charges gathered in the negative charge gathering bin suck particles in air, penetrate through the air channels along with the air flow and flow towards the dust collecting bin; the dust collecting bin collects the negative charges with the particles sucked, and the air flow is filtered out of the air filter.By means of the air filtering method, the air purifying efficiency is improved.
