The article presents the results of drainage surgery in congenital glaucoma. By the development of congenital glaucoma cause various anomalies drainage system of the eye, and therefore the medication is not effective. Results of surgical treatment of congenital glaucoma do not satisfy ophthalmologists. This is associated with marked reparative child's body and overgrown newly created outflow tract. To increase the effectiveness of surgery of congenital glaucoma began to use drainage. In 28 children (28 eyes) used different drainages. As a result of operations obtained good results: the normalization of intraocular pressure and glaucoma stabilization achieved in 75% of cases.
