Biogas and liquid fertilizer integrated production facility that take anaerobic microorganism recycling system

2017
The present invention relates to an integrated biogas and liquid fertilizer producing facility which recycles anaerobic microorganisms, wherein the facility comprises: a water collection facility which includes an equalization tank for producing a mixed culture fluid by culturing anaerobic microorganisms; an anaerobic digestion tank which receives the mixed culture fluid from the equalization tank to perform an anaerobic digestion while producing biogas; a conveying means which conveys a part of a digestive fluid inside the anaerobic digestion tank to the equalization tank; a cooling device which reduces the temperature inside the anaerobic digestion tank; a stabilizing tank which additionally generates biogas from the digestive fluid of the anaerobic digestion tank; and a liquid fertilizer tank which receives the digestive fluid from the stabilizing tank and ferments the same aerobically to produce a liquid fertilizer. Since the equalization tank is installed in the upstream of the anaerobic digestion tank, thereby allowing the anaerobic microorganisms to be circulated through the anaerobic digestion tank and the equalization tank, recycling rate of the microorganisms is increased; and since the microorganism count stays sufficiently high, the reaction rate is high, and since the equalization tank is disposed in the downstream of the anaerobic digestion tank to further extract biogas, biogas productivity is remarkably high. Further, a cooling device, which operates to rapidly lower temperature when temperatures in the anaerobic digestion tank and the equalization tank increase abnormally, can prevent death of the anaerobic microorganisms due to high temperature, and a gas storage unit disposed above the anaerobic digestion tank has an uncomplicated structure that is convenient to maintain and repair.
