Aspergillosis in Immunocompromised Patients. Part II: Evaluation of an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (Elisa) for the Detection of Aspergillus Antigen

We evaluate an IgG inhibition ELISA, developed at the Mycological Reference Laboratory, in a retrospective study of 15 bone marrow transplant and leukemic patients. The group included 8 patients with proven invasive aspergillosis, 2 with clinically suspected fungal infection and 5 with other systemic mycoses.
