국내 책임형 CM사의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 해외 건설사의 Pre-construction Estimating Services 벤치마킹 연구

The CM at Risk pilot project will be implemented in the public building in South Korea for the first time. The purpose of this study was to obtain the CM at Risk Firm's competitiveness through the benchmarking study on pre-construction estimating services of overseas construction companies. the method of the study was conducted through interviews of practical officer in leading overseas CM at Risk companies. This study will be helpful in the application of effective CM at Risk project.
