Composite card management method and system

The invention provides a composite card management method and system. The composite card management method comprises steps as follows: when a card A in the composite card is issued, user information and basic information of the card A are acquired and written in a memory area of a card B; the user information and the basic information in the memory area are read by a card B reader; whether the user information is legal and valid is verified; if the user information is legal and valid, the user information and the basic information are imported into a database, and card A issuing operation is finished; when the card A in the composite card is applied, the basic information is read by a card A reader, data records corresponding to the basic information are searched from the database, the card A is identified, and the application operation is finished. According to the method and the system, the memory area of the card B in the composite card is shared, so that the condition that daughter cards are required to be respectively swiped through readers corresponding to all daughter cards in the composite card when card issuing, permission change and card change are performed on the composite card is avoided; meanwhile, the problem that the application range is small when a memory area of the card A is smaller or is not set is solved.
