β-环糊精／聚乳酸接枝共聚物自组装胶束的制备与表征

β-Cyclodextrin/poly (lactide) (β-CD-g-PLA) graft copolymer micelles were prepared in water. The fluorescence technique was used to determine the critical micelle concentrations (CMC) of copolymer micelles. The diameter and distribution of micelles were characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS) and its shape was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that the round nano-micells were formed steadily by these copolymers in water. The CMC of copolymer solution and the size of micell were reduced with the increasing of the proportion of hydrophobic parts.
