The opening and closing device can control a cabin door not intervene in a surroundingstructure and is used for finishing the opening and closing action of the large-thickness cabin door. By the adoption of the cabin door opening and closing device, through the motion cooperation of the cam and the connecting rod, combined motion of translational motion and rotation of the cabin door is achieved, the rotation position of the cabin door is changed through translational motion of the cabin door, and the cabin door is prevented from intervening in the surrounding structure in the opening process. By the adoption of the cabin door opening and closing device, the cam and a crank and connecting rod mechanism are driven through a set of straight gears to move, and translational motion and rotation of the cabin door are finished through a power source; and through adjustment of the reduction ratio of the gears, the motion relationship between the cam and the connecting rod can be adjusted, the stroke of the cam can be increased, meanwhile the pressure angle of the cam is reduced, and motion is more steady.
